Not Worth It
My disdain was with Ticketmaster/Live Nation as well as the show.
Beforehand, we were not informed of the bag policy. I looked online because I have 4 kids and needed to know ahead of time if I could bring a diaper bag. I tried to play it safe and bring a small crossbody, only to reach the gate and be told I couldn't bring it in. I could have brought the diaper bag which was much bigger. Luckily, I had it in the car, but had to walk back to swap them out.
Secondly, we never received our mobile tickets in advance. At the gate, they had to pull our tickets, taking up more time. When we entered, people were already in our seats. I asked an usher to verify, but instead, we were ushered to another area. I paid for specific seats only to have that negated.
The show itself was not worth it. We watched the movie on the screen with the orchestra in front. I expected it to be more interactive and engaging.
Overall, I was not satisfied with the experience. My children weren’t impressed either. We will not attend this or anything similar again.
